During my stay, the self-check-in process was frustratingly malfunctioning. The staff were hardly available to assist, causing unnecessary delays. Furthermore, the lack of essential items like a kettle left me searching for hot water, which I found extremely annoying.

The rooms are spacious and well-kept, providing a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring.

However, the noise from the street outside was quite bothersome and disrupted my sleep during the night.

My stay at Super Stay Hotel, Oslo was delightful! The location was perfect for walking to attractions, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was a lovely continental selection, truly worth paying for after a long day out.

Check-in at Super Stay Hotel was a breeze with modern self-service tech, making arrival pretty smooth. I loved how spacious my room was. it had a nice design, which made it easy to relax. The location is accessible. I could walk to popular attractions without hassle. However, the noise insulation left much to be desired, as sounds from the street filtered in quite easily, disrupting my sleep. The lack of daily cleaning services was noticeable. I expected more attention to housekeeping during my stay. In addition, the bathroom facilities were less than adequate, lacking essential items. Although staff were polite, their service could have been more proactive in addressing these issues.

for anyone who loves to stroll, this hotel is a dream with its central location making it easy to walk to the Oslo Opera House in just over 20 minutes and explore the beautiful Botanical Garden right around the corner, truly enhancing my city experience.

The room was super clean and way more comfortable than I expected, with a lovely view that really made my mornings special. I enjoyed the relaxing pool and spa after a long day of sightseeing. The only thing missing was a mini-fridge to keep my drinks cold, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊
